Goods

All goods and consignment notes/letters can be sent from week 4 and must be clearly marked with the company name, hall, and stand number. Goods and consignment notes/letters should be sent according to hall location to the following address:

IMPORTANT! Please remember to clearly label all goods, consignment notes/letters with your company name and stand number.

• The goods must be delivered directly to the stand. 
• If the driver is unable to unload the goods, please refer the matter to Sand Spedition, who can be contacted on tel. + 45 9714 5100 or lv@sandspedition.dk. 
• For further information in regards to large items please contact Technical Service Department Tel.: +45 9926 9990.
• In exceptional cases, goods may be delivered to MCH's storage facilities during the fair's opening hours. However, delayed delivery to your stand must be expected.

Please notice
It is not allowed to transport goods through the doors of the West and South1 Entrances. Goods must be transported through the gates to the surrounding halls.

Missing shipment

If your consignment is missing, when you arrive to the fair stand, please follow the guide below.

1. Contact your shipping agent and get the confirmation and location of the deliveres cargo. It is important that the delivery location is the stand numer, and not Vardevej 1 or gate 13 by the warehouse. 
2. When your shipping agent has confirmed the deliver, please contact your Hall Manager, and he will try to locate your shipment in MCH. 
3. In collaboration between you, MCH or Sand Spedition at solution will be fouond and the construction can begin. 

Packages and letters

Packages and letters must be delivered prior to the beginning of the fair, and otherwise in the morning on fair days, before the fair opens.

If necessary, goods may be delivered to MCH's storage facilities during opening hours. However, delayed delivery to your stand must be expected.

All packages and letters must be clearly marked with your company name, hall and stand number.

Empty Packaging 

It is not allowed to store packing material at the stand or in back rooms - please place your packaging in Hall C during the fair. It is important that you label your gods with exhibitor name and stand number.
Transportation of packaging to and from your stand will be at your own cost. MCH provides pallet jacks, but we do not guarantee that they are availab at the expected time.

NB: Clingfilm/foil, tape, labels for labelling goods and returned emptied labels can be claimed from the office of Sand Spedition (between Hall D and E).

Pick-up after the fair

When the fair closes and the goods are packed and ready for shipment, please pay attention to the following conditions: 

• Goods must be clearly labelled with the exhibitor's name and stand no and delivery adresse, and be packed at the fairstand area. If Sand Spedition is booked for the transportation, please collect a shipment label from their office at Hall E.
• Packaging must be packed/lashed securely to pallet(s) before the goods are left at the stand (remember that the goods are transported by a fork-lift truck and on a lorry to/from the storage facilities).
• If there are any sensitive/delicate objects, such as cardboard, cartons, linen, furniture, electrical goods etc., these MUST be covered with foil and/or plastic/tarpaulin.
• Packaging must be expected to be outside for brief periods of time before being returned to the stand.
• Conditions: All assignments are executed in accordance with NSAB 2015/the CMR law.

Please fulfil the above details. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the punctuality or safe return of the packaging. We will, of course, be glad to answer any questions you might have.
