Dismantling

Dismantling of stands

• Dismantling of stands must not be started until 17.00 on the last day of the fair.
• Products and exhibition materials must be removed from the fair on Thursday, January 29th, no later than 16.00.
• Outside assistants will have access to the fair area from 17.00 and only on presentation of a valid work identity badge.
• Entrance to marked bays on Tuesday, January 27th, from 16.00. All vehicles must be manned by 17.15 at the latest.
• Compressed air, water, drain and power to the stands will be turned off from 18.00 Tuesday.

Entry and exit
During construction and dismantling periods, essential loading and unloading may take place during official opening hours (see above). A valid exhibitor badge or work identity badge must be worn.

If you need technical assistance, an extra power socket or other technical items for your stand, please contact the Technical Service department located between hall D and E. Here, you can also purchase prints/photocopies.

Signage Department

Our Signage Department offers signs, banners and similar products for your stand. You will find the department next to the Technical Service Department between Hall D and E.

Exhibitor's Restaurant

The Exhibitor's Restaurant offers a lunch buffet during the trade show. The restaurant is located in Mercur, on the first floor by Entrance Vest. 
The menu comprises a self-service buffet. Please order meal tickets in advance at restauranten@mch.dk and collect them at the Organiser's Office. Tickets will be billed along with other purchases you may make during the trade show.

Opening hours Corner Bistro

The Corner Bistro at the West Entrance offers a wide selection of food during the day. For payment we accept regular credit cards or cash.
