My stand
Here, you will find practical information in addition to your signed contract, where rules and general information regarding your participation, contruction and dismantling are listed.

Practical information about stand construction
When exhibiting at Formland the following regulations are to be followed at all times.
When you arrive at MCH Messecenter Herning for construction, your stand will be marked with the 5 digits
(1 letter for the placement of the Hall and 4 numbers) that you have received together with your contract.
Please refer to you standnumber for everything regarding your exhibition before, during and after the fair.
The stand will be constructed as shown on the submitted stand sketch which can be downloaded here.
If you want the fascia to be mounted, please indicate this on the sketch.
Included in the stand rental:
- Requisite wall panels separating your stand from your neighbor(s). Both items are white. If you wish a different colour, this can be ordered at an additional charge via the Fair Shop
- The stand walls are 2.5 meters high. it is allowed to both paint and hang objects and lighter items on the walls. If you need to hang larger, multiple, or very heavy items on the wall. pleas request additional reinforcement from Technical Service. Teknisk Service.
- Daily cleaning includes vacuuming the floor area.
Please notice: Cleaning does not include exhibition items and storage rooms.
Construction and dismantling plan:
Focusing of lights in Hall D, E and F
Basic light focusing:
Friday, January 31 from 14:00 - 16:00
Saturday, February 1 from 10:00 until completion
If you have special requests regarding the light focusing or wish to be present at the booth while the lights are being focused, please contact Technical Service to arrange details at tel. 9926 9990.
Flower sale
You can order a varity of flowers and plants in zink pots for your stand in the Fair Shop. Our supplier 'Gartnerhallen' will deliver your order at your stand. You are also welcome to contact Gartnerhallen directly on Tel. +45 9722 3100 or by e-mail mail@gartnerhal.dk for a wider selection of flowers.
Internet access
MCH offers free wireless internet in all indoor areas. There are to separate networks, one for visitors and one for exhibitors
To access the exhibitor network you need to login, whereas there is no login for the visitor network. The difference between the two networks is the speed, i.e. when you log on to the exhibitor network, you will obtain a higher speed. The wireless connection has a speed of up to 2 Mbit. If you wish to have a faster connection or a wired connection, this can be ordered in our shop.

NB: to ensure a stabile WiFi we recommend you to disconnect your company network, because this effects the general WiFi rate. Login is only valid during the fair.
Packaging and garbage
We kindly advise to follow the guidelines below in regards of packaging and garbage before, during and after the fair.
- During the construction period, flammable material up to a maximum of 1 metre in length can be disposed in the waste containers provided.
- During the fair, the containers will be located outside each hall.
- Please contact the hall superviser if you have any non-flammable materials.
- During the dismantling period, flammable material up to a maximum of 1 metre in length can be disposed in the waste containers provided.
- Subject to prior agreement with Technical Service on tel. +45 9926 9990, larger quantities of waste can be collected from the stand at the exhibitor’s own expense.
Waste Sorting
As an exhibitor, you contribute to our collective journey towards a more sustainable future. MCH establishes the framework for waste sorting, and we expect you, as an exhibitor, to consistently sort your waste correctly using the provided solutions. If you have larger quantities of waste or items that do not fit into the designated solutions, please contact your caretaker.
Failure to comply with our waste sorting requirements may result in a fee, so feel free to reach out to us and consult with your caretaker for guidance.

Large exhibiton objects
Exhibitor in hall F
Please be aware that the stand walls in the ONE hall are 3 meters high. You may paint the walls and mount objects as well as leightweight items on the walls. If you need to mount several, larger or heavyweight objects, please order reinforcement material by contacting the Technical Service Department: Teknisk Service
All booths in the hall are equipped with mandatory concept lighting.

Exhibitor in hall E
Please be aware that the stand walls in the TASTE hall are 3 meters high.
It is not permitted to use nails and screws on the stand walls. We recommend double adhesive tape (by the name 3M) which doesn't damage the walls. If a wall is damaged the fee per wall is DKK 1500.
All stands in the hall are equipped with mandatory concept lighting.

Fire regulations & application
If you wish to make use of candle lights etc. on your stand at Formland, please read carefull below and remember to send your appilication to us.
- The use of open fires/naked flames, including all types of candles, for decorative purposes is not permitted on display stands.
- The use of open fires/naked flames on stands may be permitted on submission of a written application to the organiser. A condition for permission being granted is that the effective demonstration of the product depends on the use of an open fire/naked flame. Suitable fire-extinguishing equipment must be kept on the stand.
- The use of open fires/naked flames, including candles, will normally be permitted in food serving areas, table/chair displays and similar areas without exhibited objects and inflammable decorations. Additional fire-extinguishing equipment is not required in these areas.
- The use of bioethanol fireplaces and similar products may be permitted, provided they are erected/installed in accordance with the supplier’s instructions and that the supplier’s safety rules are fully observed, and that no form of decanting is carried out during the exhibition’s opening hours. Reserves of combustible fluid must not be kept on the stand, and the fire chamber of the fireplace must be covered at closing time if it still contains residual fluid. Suitable fire-extinguishing equipment must be kept on the stand.

Invoicing
Formland devides Invoicing for the exhibitors in 2 payments.
First invoice: stand rental and registration invoicing before the trade show.
• Spring show: 1 December with due date 15 December
• Autumn show: 1 June with due date 15 June
Second invoice: expences from the fair bincluding technical services, light, power, craftsmann.
